Definitions

The “COMPANY” refers to SuSu she.

The “BUYER” refers to the purchaser of goods and services.

Summary

The company only accepts orders subject to the conditions of sale to the exclusion of any condition of the buyer.

Eligibility to Purchase Product

All products on the website are available for worldwide sale.

To place an order

This service only applies to Internet orders and is limited to the products on the website.

Acceptance of your order

Orders are accepted at SuSu she Company's discretion but are normally accepted if the product is available. If the Order reflects current pricing, you are based in a country to which SuSu she is able to sell and your credit or account card is authorized for the transaction.

The price quoted to you at the time we confirm your order will remain valid for 14 days from that time. If the price changes in between that period and the delivery date, SuSu she will confirm the new price with you by e-mail before continuing.

Payment

Not withstanding delivery, the risk of the goods and the property in the goods shall not pass to the buyer until the goods are paid for in full prior to dispatch.

SuSu she through Paypal accepts the following credit cards as method of payment:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Maestro/ Visa Delta
  • Visa Electron
  • Solo
  • JCB

Payments through Paypal accounts are also accepted.

Your order is only accepted by us once we have taken payment from you.

Prices

Prices of goods and services supplied as of this date are correct but subject to market fluctuation and revision. Any overseas orders shall be charged to the buyer at current exchange rates. The company has no control or liability over these rates.

All prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate, and goods are sold under English Law. Prices are quoted exclusive of postage and packing, this will be added at the rates specified in the delivery section below. You will receive confirmation of your order via email.

Packaging

All handbags will come in a SuSu she dust proof bag, and all boxed.

Special Promotions

Occasionally, we may offer promotions, which require a code. This promotion code should be entered in the appropriate place as you check out and purchase a product. The offer will be reflected in your total.

Product Enquiries

We make every effort to offer only merchandise designs that are available and in stock. If a design is not available, it will not be offered and you will not be able to order. Occasionally, when items are very popular and additional inventory is available, we may accept back orders knowing that additional inventory will soon arrive. We may, occasionally, able to search for items from a previous season.

Returns

Our aim is to guarantee your complete satisfaction, if you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your unused item subject to the following criteria:

  • Items can only be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery;
  • Items must be in their original unused condition;
  • Items must be sent in their original packaging;
  • Returns must include a completed SuSu she return form (to be found with the delivered goods) and the SuSu she invoice

Please notify us of cancellation in writing by email to returnsdepartment@susushe.com. Following cancellation you are under a legal duty to not use the goods, and take care of them.

Postage costs are non-refundable; however, although we never knowingly misrepresent any item, if it has been described inaccurately by us in error, postage costs will be reimbursed.

SuSu she will not be responsible for damage that occurs during the return process. SuSu she accepts no responsibility for any returns lost in transit and therefore recommends all returns be sent by registered post. It is advisable to obtain a proof of posting certificate if using the Post Office and arrange the necessary compensatory cover for the items.

Please note that your refund will be processed within 10 -14 days from receipt of your return. We will only refund the original credit card charged (Please note that refunds may not show up on your bank statement immediately). Once SuSu she receives, processes and accepts your return, you will receive an e-mail, which confirms your refund. After the e-mail confirmation, the refund will be process according to the criteria stated above.

Delivery

All items are shipped via registered post to all UK and European destinations; please note that upon delivery a signature will be required. The postal service operates from Monday to Friday between 8 am – 6pm, a specific time for delivery cannot be stipulated. Orders placed at weekends or public holidays will be dealt with on the next working day. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Please allow five working days for delivery of goods from point of purchase for any orders made within the UK and ten working days for any orders made throughout the rest of Europe, please not these are working days and do not include weekend or UK public holidays.

Please note that with regard to international shipments, you are responsible for any local import duties and taxes that may be charged.

Please send us an e-mail (orderinfo@susushe.com) if you have a special request regarding delivery. Please remember to state the delivery address, country and area code.

We always use premier, guaranteed and traceable postage methods in order to provide the best service possible. We cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays outside of our control as a result of interruptions to these services.

Please note that at this current time we are unable to ship to the USA.

Claims

If you should receive an item that is not in perfect condition or was damaged in shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by e-mail to returnsdepartment@susushe.com.

You need to return the item within 14 days from the date of delivery in their original unused condition, with their original packaging, return form and original invoice.

We will offer a refund or exchange (if stock available) within 14 days of dispatch. The date your items were dispatched by us will be detailed in the documentation that arrives with your order. Postage costs, in this case, are refundable.

Ownership

You will only own the product once it has been successfully delivered and when SuSu she has received payment in full. Until that time, SuSu she will own the product.

Import Duties

You are responsible for all the appropriate Import and Customs Duties.

Liability

Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by SuSu she Company's negligence, SuSu she shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage (such term to include without limitation economic loss, administrative and overhead costs, loss of profits (whether direct or indirect), business, contracts, revenues, goodwill, production and anticipated savings of every description, loss).

SuSu she shall not be liable to you by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of SuSu she's obligations in relation to the product if the delay or failure was due to any caused beyond SuSu she's reasonable control.

SuSu she's liability to you in all other instance shall not exceed the value of the product ordered by you.
