SuSu she sells its products internationally; depending on your location the cost of delivery will vary.

All bags are sent in a SuSu she dust-proof bag and are packaged to protect your purchase, ensuring that your item arrives in perfect condition.

Please send us an e-mail orderinfo@susushe.com if you have a special request regarding delivery. Please remember to state the delivery address, country and area code.

United Kingdom

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail’s “special delivery" and will require a signature on receipt.

• Please note a more specific time for delivery cannot be stipulated when using this service.
• In the event that items are delivered to your specified address and a signature cannot be obtained, the item will be taken to the nearest collection depot where a signature will be required to release the item within 7 days, if this additional condition is not fulfilled, the item will be returned to ourselves and any costs associated with remailing will be chargeable before the item is reshipped.

Please allow five working days for delivery of goods from point of purchase for any orders made within the UK.

Orders placed at weekends or public holidays will be dealt with on the next working day.

We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Europe and Rest of the World

Please note - at this current time we are unable to ship to the USA.

The standard delivery for customers outside of the UK is via “International Signed For” service by the Royal Mail which will require a signature on receipt.

In territories where International Signed for service is not available (unavailability only applies to a limited number of countries) alternative courier services can be arranged. In this case, we will inform you of any additional payment required before dispatch.

* For countries that are serviced by the 'International Signed For' service of the Royal Mail please note that in the event that items are delivered to your specified address and a signature cannot be obtained, the item will be taken to the nearest collection depot where a signature will be required to release the item within 7 days, if this additional condition is not fulfilled, the item will be returned to ourselves and any costs associated with remailing will be chargeable before the item is reshipped.

Please allow 10 working days for delivery of goods from point of purchase for any orders made throughout the rest of Europe, and 14 working days for any orders for the rest of the world. (These are working days and do not include weekend or UK public holidays.) Selecting appropriate postal services and issuing necessary payments to cover the costs of these services is the responsibility of the purchaser. In the event that the purchaser selects a postal service unavailable to their territory and consequently makes insufficient payment, SuSu she will issue a request for the outstanding amount to cover the appropriate mailing service operable in that particular territory. Please note: You will be responsible for any local taxes or duties.
