Q. What is your Returns Policy?

A. Our aim is to guarantee your complete satisfaction, if you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your unused item subject to the following criteria:

  • Items can only be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery;
  • Items must be in their original unused condition; (Please note: SuSu she has the sole discretion in determining whether the merchandise being returned is in its original condition).
  • Items must be sent in their original packaging;
  • Returns must include a completed SuSu she return form (to be found with the delivered goods) and the SuSu she invoice

Please notify us of cancellation in writing by email to returnsdepartment@susushe.com. Following cancellation you are under a legal duty to not use the goods, and take care of them.

We will offer a refund or exchange (if stock available) within 14 days of dispatch. The date your items were dispatched by us will be detailed in the documentation that arrives with your order. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

SuSu she will not be responsible for damage that occurs during the return process. SuSu she accepts no responsibility for any returns lost in transit and therefore recommend all returns be sent by registered post. It is advisable to obtain a proof of posting certificate if using the Post Office and arrange the necessary compensatory cover for the items.

Please note that your refund will be processed within 10-14 days from receipt of your return. We will only refund the original credit card charged only (Please note that refunds may not show up on your bank statement immediately). Once SuSu she receives, processes and accepts your return, you will receive an e-mail, which confirms your refund. After the e-mail confirmation, the refund will be process according to the criteria stated above.

Q. Do I have to pay with Credit Card? Can I pay by personal cheque or money order?

A. Sorry, we do not accept personal cheques or money orders. We accept most debit and credit cards. If you have a paypal account, you can use that to pay for your purchase also.

Q. Do you ship orders outside the United Kingdom?

A. YES! We ship to most international destinations. However at this current time we are unable to ship to the USA.

  • Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery restrictions in your country. Not all shipping methods may be available.
  • Exact shipping prices are unknown until you proceed through the checkout process.
  • Additional fees such as taxes, duty, or brokerage may be requested upon delivery or billed in the future from your local customs service.

Susu she is not responsible for any of these costs.

  • Please allow 10 business days for all orders within the EU and 14 business days on all orders on other parts of the world.

Please Note: For security reasons International online purchases may be delivered only to the billing address of your credit card and will require a signature by an adult aged over 18 upon delivery. U.K. based credit card holders may add an international address as an alternate ship to address as well.

Q. What are your shipping rates?

A. Delivery Charges are as follows:

UK Delivery (allow 5 working days)

Special Delivery – One Bag - £9.99
Special Delivery – Two Bags - £14.99
Special Delivery - Three Bags or more – each consecutive bag ordered is charged £3.00

EEC and Rest of the World delivery (allow 10-14 working days)

International Signed For - One Bag: £15.99
International Signed For - Two Bags: £19.99
International Signed For - Three Bags or more – each consecutive bag ordered is charged £4.00

Please Note: We do not ship nor deliver on holidays or weekends.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

A. All items are shipped via registered post to all UK and European destinations and via courier service to other parts of the world not serviced by the International Signed For service by the Royal Mail.

Please note that upon delivery a signature will be required. The postal service operates from Monday to Friday between 8 am – 6pm; a specific time for delivery cannot be stipulated. Orders placed at weekends or public holidays will be dealt with on the next working day. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Please allow five working days for delivery of goods from point of purchase for any orders made within the UK, ten working days for any orders made throughout the rest of Europe and 14 days for the rest of the world, please note these are working days and do not include weekend or UK public holidays.

Q. How can I track my package?

A. Once your order is placed, you should receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. This email will contain your tracking number which can be looked up on www.royalmail.com. If your merchandise is delivered via a courier company, we will give you the details to track your order.

Q. Can you send my bag via other courier companies?

A. Yes, we can, however, the cost will be different from our standard rate. Please e-mail us at orderinfo@susushe.com with your specifications and we will try our best to meet your requirements.

Q. Do you have a catalogue?

A. Unfortunately, this time, we do not offer print catalogues.

Q. Where can I buy SuSu she bags?

Q. How do I take care of my SuSu she product?

A. Following the easy steps below will ensure lasting enjoyment from your SuSu she handbag:

  • Gently wipe the item with a smooth, soft, dry cloth. No other cleaning agent is needed to clean your product.
  • Store the item inside the special pouch provided after each use
  • Avoid exposure to moisture as well as extreme heat or cold. Do not expose your SuSu she products to perfume or hair care products.
